We want you to absolutely love what you ordered from Aiisit.store. Each Aiisit product is created with care (“Ai” means love) — and your satisfaction matters deeply to us.

💌 Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns on unused, unopened, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery.
  • To start a return, please email Contact@aiisit.store with your order number and a brief explanation.
  • Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping address and instructions.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Because of health and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used Ai Oils or skincare products
  • Custom or logo-printed Care Calendars
  • Items marked “Final Sale”

💵 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued back to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
  • If your item was a gift, we can issue a store credit instead.

💔 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Send photos and your order number to Contact@aiisit.store — we’ll replace or refund your item as quickly as possible.

⚖️ Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before shipping or before customization begins for logo orders.
  • Once your order has been shipped or customized, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
