At Aiisit.store, we take pride in carefully packing and shipping each order with love (“Ai” means love 💕).
We want you to receive your Aiisit Care Calendars and Ai Oils in perfect condition and on time.

🕒 Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.
  • Custom or bulk logo orders may take 7–14 business days for processing and printing.
  • You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery

  • We ship within the United States using USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and order size.
  • Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited shipping may be available at checkout (when applicable).
  • “Bulk Care Calendars ship freight; shipping is billed after your order is placed and filled.”

📦 Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
  • Occasionally, we offer flat-rate or free shipping promotions — keep an eye out for those on our homepage!
  • Ai Oils may include an ice pack during warmer months for product protection.

🌍 Bulk & Custom Orders

  • For large or bulk orders (such as calendar logo orders), please allow additional time for production and delivery.
  • Contact us at Contact@aiisit.store for special shipping arrangements, wholesale inquiries, or rush delivery options.

🧾 Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
  • Aiisit.store is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If your package is lost or delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you with tracking or replacement.

💕 Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at Contact@aiisit.store
  2. Include your order number and photos of the packaging and product
    We’ll gladly review your case and work toward a replacement or refund if eligible.
